ELK RIDGE SUBDIVISION

Our Elk Ridge subdivision  is incorporated  in the State of Arizona as a non-profit organization.   There are 94 lots in Elk Ridge, four cul-de-sacs, and five main streets:  Phoenix Street, Elk Ridge Drive, Hunter Drive, Mountain View Drive, and Deer Born Drive.  The POA has no community property and is not responsible for street maintenance, snow clearing, or any other community service.  The primary goals of the Elk Ridge POA are:

-  Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of our community

-  Assist in wildfire defense by encouraging and supporting Firewise activities

-  Enhance communications between residents and their POA
